Executive Producer, Hofesh Shechter Company

Position: Full time

Following Henny Finch’s appointment at Donmar Warehouse, we are seeking a new Executive Producer.

Under the artistic leadership of Hofesh Shechter, we deliver exceptional, large-scale projects of world-class artistic quality to leading venues within the UK and internationally.

The Executive Producer holds joint Chief Executive responsibility with the Artistic Director, and together they lead HSC’s creative, strategic and business activities. Working closely with the Artistic Director, the Executive Producer will plan and produce future projects in line with his creative vision; building relationships with collaborators and partners, and securing the resources to deliver ambitious ideas.

Finance Manager, Hofesh Shechter Company

Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata (£18,000)
Position: Part time

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team for 3 days per week. This is a flexible role; for example, the hours could be split over 5 days and partly worked remotely.

The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall finance operation, providing strategic support to the Executive Team including annual budgeting and forecasting, timely reporting of monthly management accounts and year-end reporting. You will lead on the day to day running of the finances across our breath of activities, creating well-ordered, efficient financial services in which our business operations can thrive and budget holders sufficiently manage their areas of responsibility.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being part of a close office team and relishes a fast-paced working environment. You will be excited by the opportunity of working in a creative environment that is committed to excellence both on stage and off.
